People and Culture Manager

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment/Candidate Experience

Sourcing outstanding & diverse candidates
Creating and managing candidate pipeline database
Training and keeping staff up to date with Targeted Selection process
Drafting and managing letters of employment offers and/or contractor contracts
Building an excellent employer brand - tell the story of what it's like to work at Tiny and build our reputation as an extraordinary workplace

HR Infrastructure

Digitalize current policies/procedures and globalize/standardize them for all location (done by end of Sep)
Update current USA employee manual by globalizing it for all staff
Getting to know Tiny’s OKR and people management system and build training material for managers
Uniforming job levels and descriptions to support employee growth plans

Uniform global on-boarding experience

Understanding current onboarding process and identify new and uniformed processes by working with each stakeholder
Propose/outline onboarding procedures and get buy-in from leadership
Implement uniform on-boarding experience company wide

People Operations

Understand current HR systems and identify potential HRIS systems for the administration of our compensation, benefits, and HRIS systems
Evaluate and manage all third party vendors and partners
401K, PTO and other benefit administration
Advise the executive team on relevant compliance and employment law and introduce best practices to protect the organization

Requirements

The ability to work autonomously and to drive your own performance & development would be important in this role. We are a global, highly distributed company.
Prior extensive experience in an HR or People Operations role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Understanding of HR laws in one or multiple countries where Tiny is active.
Willingness to work odd hours when needed (for example, to call an embassy in a different continent).
Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
Willing to make People Operations as open and transparent as possible.
High sense of urgency and accuracy.
Enthusiasm for and broad experience with software tools.
Proven experience quickly learning new software tools.
Experience at a growth-stage tech company is preferred.
