HR Specialist - People Culture
Our HR Specialist, People & Culture position focuses on developing, implementing, and supporting People-centric tools, processes, and systems across Dawn to add value to a broad range of talent management and organizational development initiatives. As a member of the Global Human Resources team, this position will report to the Senior Director, Global People & Culture and collaborate with other Team Members and key partners to implement and reinforce core programs, including but not limited to performance management, recognition, diversity, equity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Collaborates regularly with the Global People & Culture Team and cross-functional departments to define and improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle and experience
Develops and administers resources and programs to build and maintain Dawn’s global culture
Maintains and improves Dawn’s centralized formal and informal recognition programs (e.g., Dawn Global Values Awards)
Administrates a variety of solutions within our People Center platform (performance management, learning, recruiting, etc.)
Monitors and influences talent acquisition efforts and metrics as the central contact for Dawn’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) partnerships
Supports the creation and implementation of diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives
Coordinates and promotes courses and experiences across a variety of platforms, including a Learning Management System (LMS)
Reviews and evaluates People & Culture training programs for compliance with external standards
Conducts surveys and supports analysis of People perception
Conducts orientation sessions and arranges on-the-job training for new hires
Participates within and contributes to cross-functional projects
Demonstrates the “Dawn Values” of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
At least 5+ years’ experience delivering results within talent management and acquisition/people and culture programs
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Research and analysis skills, including presentation of themes
Ability to facilitate effective learning development programs
Demonstrative ability to develop and deliver People-centric guides, tools, and materials
Self-motivated; Takes initiative; Able to work within a dynamic environment
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Able to transition between collaborative work within a team and working independently to deliver results
