Hardin County Skills seeks to hire a Human Resource Manager to monitor the day-to-day human resource operations within the company such as; resolve issues between management and employees, meet deadlines of reports, oversee recruitment and hiring process, background checks, fingerprinting and drug screens on employees, advise managers on policies like employment opportunities and sexual harassment, direct disciplinary procedures, plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization, and consult with executives on strategic planning.
Qualifications and Requirements: Have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business. Some certifications required. Good analytical mind, negotiation skills, communication skills, meet deadlines, multi-task, organize, and good record keeping. Follow policy, rules and guidelines of Hardin County Skills, Inc.
