Employee Relations Liaison - Seeking a Perfect Fit?

Conviva is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and cheerful – Employee Relations Liaison - who has a soft spot for our senior members and wants to make a positive impact in their lives.
- Assist the managers with the coaching process of team members.
- Assist team members and managers with general HR questions.
- Assist the HR Business Partners in employee relations and HR investigations.
- Administrative duties, including upkeep of employee records.
- Staying current on understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- BS/BA in business administration or relevant field or experience in employee relations and labor relations.
- Successful work experience as a Human Resources Specialist, officer, administrator or other HR position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
- Language proficiency in English and Spanish highly desirable.
