The Human Resources Director provides supervision, technical assistance, and management in Human Resources for the Community Services Board. Work involves developing and/or coordinating programs and policies related to recruitment, selection, position classification, position advertisement, criminal background and driver’s record checks, compensation, employee relations, employee benefits, quality assurance, training, wellness, etc. Employee is responsible for interpreting existing and writing new personnel policies and procedures for Board approval; addressing employee complaints and/or concerns; and for providing technical assistance to the Executive Director and Board in all matters pertinent to human resources.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, personnel management, or related field, and 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in public personnel administration and management; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities.
