Summary Job Description

HR Partner to lead every stage of the recruitment process and address all staff-related issues. The HR Partner's duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. Partner must be people-based, showing respect for others, interpersonal skills, understands others’ viewpoints, and accepts/provides constructive criticism.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth on-boarding process.
  • Managing payroll database maintenance.

Participate in training, counseling and coaching our staff

  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
  • Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Ensure policy awareness.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Participate in resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • All Other responsibilities as assigned by the Company.


Bachelor's degree in HR or similar or relevant experience in an HR role. Desire someone that has 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong moral and ethical code. Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools. Excellent administrative skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
