Global Head of People Operations
What You Will Be Doing
The Senior Manager, HR Operations will lead all aspects of a successful global HR Operations function across three continents (EU, Asia, NA), creating efficiencies through automation and streamlined work processes. Manage a global HR Operations function based at our headquarters office in Campbell, CA, including HR Systems, Benefits, Reporting and Analytics, HR Compliance, Process Improvement, Workforce Immigration, Performance Management, Compensation Review, EEO/AAP compliance, HR transaction processing and Document Management. Champion compliance, continuous process improvement, and cultivate positive relationships with the People Operations team, internal and external business partners to create a reliable and efficient HR operations function.
What You Will Bring to ChargePoint
Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics. Advanced analytical skills to provide insights to leadership and identify trends
Knowledge in developing analytics dashboards and reporting. Using analytical skills, provide concise, actionable insights to the team and leaders to drive business outcomes
Strategic process thinking
A global mindset with the ability to balance creating consistent global processes with local requirements
Collaborate effectively with partner teams to ensure alignment on key projects and initiatives
Ability to proactively seek out ways to simplify processes and look for opportunity to leverage technology to scale
Ability to deal with ambiguity in a start-up environment, complex problem-solving capabilities, and ability to prioritize effectively
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); highly collaborative with the ability to influence across a complex set of partners
Willingness to drive results by rolling up your sleeves with a can-do approach to work
3-5 years of management experience overseeing an HR Technology & Data operations team supporting multiple regions and countries
5-10 years' experience designing, implementing and maintaining HR processes to achieve high quality data
Strong vendor management experience
Excellent communications and partnering skills
Experience managing compliance with ACA, EEOC and other federal reporting requirements
Proven track record of continuously driving improvements and automation to increase quality, experience and effectiveness
Experience working across different time zones and geographies
Expert level MS Excel skills for data analysis and modeling
Experience with UltiPro
